Wasa Lake Outpost Fishing Camp

Time after time, our guests rate this cabin and outpost fishing camp location "Excellent!" It has a view that can't be beat. This modern cabin has enough conveniences and amenities to make it a very comfortable retreat, and fishing that keep visitors from around the world coming back, year after year. The lake is abundant in good-sized northern pike and 3 to 5 pound walleye.

"Zillions!" and "Too many to count" are a few of the answers left in our guest book when asked how many fish were caught. Wasa Lake has a maximum depth of 40 feet and is 480 acres. There is an inlet as well as an outlet and a predominantly rocky shoreline. There's an adjoining lake to explore as well as a number of islands and weedy bays.

Guests love it here. This modern fishing cabin that can accommodate eight people looks out over the beautiful Wasa Lake. Sit out on the wooden veranda at night and hear the call of the loon, while relaxing after dinner. After a day of fishing or hunting, our visitors love the log-sided sauna bath. Hot and cold running water with showers as well as all the amenities make it a perfect vacation destination.
