Update on Non-Resident Outdoors Card

You will be able to apply for the Outdoors Card at the same places you purchased your fishing license in the past (ie Bobby's Corner or Village Corner).  It will take a little longer though because there is more information required.  Keep that in mind when going to get your fishing licenses - you may want to get them the night before.
